Privacy
Plainly put: the studio only uses your details to reply to you.
Who we are
Wishful Living is an interior design studio run by Vaishali Babbar at 451, 5th Floor, Westend Mall, Janakpuri, New Delhi 110058 (visits by appointment). In this policy, “we” means the studio.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form:
- your name and email address,
- your project’s location, if you add it,
- anything you write about your project.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your project. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles it
- Form delivery: your message is sent to the studio’s inbox, contact@wishfulliving.in, either from your own email app or through a secure form-handling service.
- Website hosting: like any website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
- Google Maps: the map at the bottom of each page loads from Google when you scroll to it. Google may collect data under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project and any legal or tax requirements.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. We’ll respond within 30 days.
